We officially closed the Achievement Club down after 2 years to rebrand into The EnTribe.
The reason was simple.
Our business is expanding and it was time to crystalize the idea into a real company, poised for future growth and expansion.
Consider the first two years the experiment.
All new ideas need to be proven out.
The market does not care about your background, your credentials, your age, your experience or even how good your idea may be.
No, no, the market is impartial to YOU.
What people care about is:
Does this idea solve an immediate problem that people want to solve?
Of course the story of you, the vision and values people align to and use as a factor to deciding to do business with you but - ultimately if you're not solving a problem nobody will do anything with you.
So, contrary to the way most businesses are started I took the long approach.
After returning from co-hosting and speaking at a 3-day event in Banff, Canada back in Jan 2016 I brought back the idea of The Achievement Club.
I also realise that the power of any business is in a great team with great people.
On afternoon whilst sitting at a coffee table at Local Press, sipping on a delicious coffee, I recall inviting Nathan to co-host these Achievement Club meetings with me.
It would be a good opportunity for him to get into the speaking and coaching industry, as he had expressed an interest to do so, and it would be great to have him pursue his dreams in this vehicle.
And so the mentor relationship and alliance formed.
Over the coming 2 years, the experiment ran.
Ranging from blogging, vlogging, online marketing funnels, thousands of dollars on Facebook ads, buying programs, live streaming, running over 40 LIVE events, interstate travelling, overseas travelling, spending tens of thousands of dollars on new training programs and certification plus experimenting with all types of marketing ideas to find out how we could help you achieve your dreams and aspirations.
Seth Godin, one of the world's most prolific writers and marketers said if you want to build a successful business then spend 2-3 years building your audience first, then release your product. [Note: This is totally opposite to all business advice I have read]
This is precisely what we did.
Our focus is on you first, product second.
Our focus is on what you want, what you need and what will help you to get to where you want.
Now the experiment has been successfully completed we can now focus on delivering a better service to you.
Throughout the process, we invested, literally, tens of thousands of dollars into training, upskilling, and certification programs.
In The EnTribe, Nathan is now the Director of Sales & Training as well as a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP and Elite Performance Coach. It's super exciting to see him in this light and he is truly making a difference in people's lives.
He will be running our Coaching Certification Program later this year, so keep it in mind if you want to develop some new skills that will help your entire life and if you want to become a coach.
As the CEO my role is to develop the company into a global organization but with a hyper-local focus whilst delivering seminars, events, talks, training and courses whilst generating publicity (aiming to use this to help all members who are with us).
We want our events in Canberra to be the best and to set the standard.
Our online presence is developing as I have a wider audience in other locations we want to connect The EnTribe to.
We are looking for people who want to be coaches to join our company and as we expand we look forward to bringing on more talented people to help with our core mission to empower humanity and use entrepreneurship as the vehicle for change in the world.

We have talked to and surveyed hundreds of Canberra business owners and found the major problems they have and built The EnTribe as a result of 2 years of research, da grind n hustle, and experimentation.
Last year alone we hosted 18+ events in CBR, interviewed successful business owners, interviewed failed business owners, worked with our elite coaching clients and connected to some of the biggest entrepreneurs in Australia.
All primed at getting results for you - the entrepreneur.
